Chocolate Chip Muffins

Makes ~12

In bowl, combine and mix well:
  2 c flour
  1/2 c white sugar
  3 tsp baking powder
  3/4 c semi-sweet chocolate chips
  1/2 tsp salt

In a separate bowl, combine and blend well:
  3/4 c milk
  1/3 c vegetable oil
  1 egg

Add together all at once. Stir just until dry ingredients are moistened (leave it lumpy).

Fill cups 2/3 full. Sprinkle tops with mixture:
  3 tbsp white sugar
  2 tbsp brown sugar

Bake 20-25 minutes at 400F. Cool 1 minute in pan, serve warm.
