Levain Copycat Cookies

Preheat oven to 410 degrees.

cream together:
  1 cup Cold Butter, cut into small cubes
  1 cup Brown Sugar
  1/2 cup Sugar

2 Eggs -- add one at a time

Stir in:
  1.5 cups Cake Flour (or regular flour)
  1.5 cups Flour
  1 teaspoon Cornstarch
  3/4 teaspoon Baking Soda
  3/4 teaspoon Salt

(Don't overmix)

Stir in:

  2 cups Chocolate Chips
  2 cups Walnuts, roughly chopped

Place large dough balls on sheet -- 4 cookies per cookie sheet, 8
cookies total. They're giant, like snowballs. Equivalent to four
normal-sized cookies.

Bake 9-12 minutes, let rest at least 10 minutes.
